Prior to your arrival, we’ll discuss your specific needs and create a plan to provide you with the services you need. In addition, we’ll coordinate with your doctors and specialists to ensure that everyone is kept up to date on your health while at your Cambree Community.

Our Advanced Care Team will discuss with you any health conditions you have, special accommodations you need, and what level of support you require. They will follow up with you periodically to ensure that the level of care provided is meeting your needs.
