Edward Ciccarelli

Co-Founder – CEO

Edward Ciccarelli is a creative entrepreneur with strategic visionary experience supported by strong qualitative, quantitative, and technical skills through over 17 years of design, construction, and leadership experience in highly diverse and matrixed organizations, with stakeholders. along various political, social, economical and religious lines.

His cradle to grave design and construction experience coupled with project management, contract management, and stakeholder expectation management of over 282 successfully completed private and public projects have equipped him with the skills to deliver on-time, on-budget, and quality assured projects. From serving in as a Major in USAF Civil Engineering and US Army Corps of Engineers to Real Estate Workplace Services (REWS) at Google to founder of a successful construction company, his diverse design and construction experiences include Data Centers, Laboratories, Residential (Multi-family/Single Family), Commercial (Restaurant/Cafe. Fitness, and Office), Industrial, Airfield & Pavements, Infrastructure (high voltage, water and wastewater), and Community and Campus

Brianna Robertson

Co-Founder – VP, Real Estate Development & Acquisitions

Brianna is an accomplished real estate executive with a proven record of leading development and transactional teams across senior living, multifamily, hospitality, and mixed-use assets. Over her career she has directed entitlements for more than 2 million square feet of residential, hospitality, and commercial development — including six hotel projects and over 900 housing units — advancing complex projects through design and municipal approval across some of California’s most demanding regulatory markets. Among them was a 100% affordable housing development in San Jose that was subsequently built by Danco Communities.

Earlier, she co-founded and scaled a Silicon Valley brokerage to $200M+ in annual transaction volume before its acquisition by Intero Real Estate Services, a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate. She has bought and sold residential and commercial properties — including land and development sites with complex legal and environmental challenges — and holds an active California Real Estate Broker License (DRE #01191946).

Before real estate, Brianna led sales, marketing, and business development for Oracle’s Business Intelligence Global Service Line, delivering management-consulting solutions to Fortune 500 companies across financial services, healthcare, energy, technology, and consumer products. Her approach is metrics-driven and process-oriented, combining deep operational insight with the technology fluency to help organizations adapt quickly to changing market and customer demands.

Jerrod Langston Ewell

Co-Founder – CDO

The art and science of architecture has been a passion of founder J Langston Ewell, starting with the ‘design’ for his first house dream home in elementary school. Since founding his namesakes’ architecture firm, Langston has enjoyed the programming, design and building process in a wide range of projects from Hawaii, throughout California and Nevada

Efficiency and quality in the build environment is a key aspect of good design. Langston has over 25 years of experience leading, managing & coordination of all disciplines within the Architecture, Engineering & Consulting (AEC) team. His experience provides the knowledge to easily navigate the complexity of City, County and State Municipal Codes. He has become a master at working with local Municipalities to realize long term goals with clearly defined tasks

Earl Jones

CFO

Earl L. Jones, is from St. Louis, Missouri. He is the oldest of three, all raised by his single mother. He grew up in North St. Louis City, where the crime rate and inner-city poverty were high.

Earl served four honorable years in the United States Army. He graduated from Austin Peay State University of Clarksville, TN with a Bachelor of Science in English. He got his Master’s Degree in Business Management, from Webster University. He has over 10 years of progressive experience in the banking industry with Citibank and BofA handling business loans and commercial services. He then started an insurance agency where he and his team provide a variety of business and personal policies including construction and development coverage.
